Q&A: 2024 MA Building Code Changes

To address client questions and concerns about building code changes in MA, I worked with MGD+ to create a Q&A with an overview of what to expect in the coming year. This was also included in the January client email, a monthly series I've initiated for MGD+ on topical industry news. Click the image below to view the post.

   Bergmeyer

James B. Beam Distilling Co.

Bergmeyer collaborated with James B. Beam Distilling Co. on five projects within the new campus. I drafted the profiles for each project and then reviewed and edited each with the project team. I suggested creating both an individual profile for each project and a campus pillar page that would link to each project. The pillar page would tie the stories together and increase the SEO opportunity versus only having separate project pages. Click the image below to view the campus stories.

Unleashing Opportunities: City Centers - Office to Residential Conversions and Mixed-Use Environments

I have collaborated on many thought pieces with colleagues who wanted to author posts on relevant work topics. My role has included helping them structure their content and supporting them with research, writing, editing, and laying out their posts. Below is an example of a housing post written by a former colleague about office-to-residential conversions. My role included editing, graphics direction, and structuring the post's layout.

Cameo

This profile for Cameo, a multifamily housing community in Orange County, CA, tells the story of Bergmeyer's design approach, goals, and the essence of the Toll Brothers Apartment Living community. I drafted the profile and worked with the project team to review and edit it as needed for publication. View Cameo's profile through the image link below.
